Any successful H1 transfers these days, pls post your experience. All that required for a transfer was latest 3 payslips and I797. Is it still the same or have things changed these days ? Can someone pls share your experience.

Even so; not being a Vote bank is the reason we cannot do anyting here. Plus we are not united enough to generate enough funds or show enough economic impact (i.e. make our case) with lawmakers to get USCIS to clean up their act. IV is our best chance.

There is not anything like withdrawing AC 21. It was to show that you worked in a different company with similar job description.
The question is, did you send a letter to say you are changing jobs using AC 21?
If you did not send the letter, then you really do not need to do anything. Just join your original sponsor. If there is an RFE, you can always prove that you worked in a similar job category.

I got the same kind of RFE , but the wage paid to me is much more than the proferred wage all along . But USCIS wants my company to prove that they have the ability to pay all the pending 140s .. Do you guys think I am Safe?

Currently i have my I-140 approved an that is all i know. To be honest, PD to me means "the day my I-140 was approved". Is that true??
My wife lives with me on H-4 and she will hopefully get an ITIN this year. Now, how i understand the system, i cannot file for I-485 petition until, the date of my I-140 approval becomes current. Please verify to help me understand this system. Thanks in advance.

I am not sure i understood your question. Is it H1B interview date or H1B stamping. In case of H1B stamping, the dates are normally booked but keep checking vhs..... website and you may find a slot. I used to check everyday and after a month i saw few slots available on december. However, the consulate answers to emails promptly and i was once told that for H1B stamping can be done if notified 14 days in advance.

I meant to ask about a turks & caicos visa. It is a british overseas territory but doesn't seem to require a visa from anyone.
You may not need a visa to visit those British territories....but, you need a visa or AP or GC to enter US. Once you have gone there for visiting (or any other purpose), you have crossed the international border of US.

u can file but u have to join the petition filing employer once u get GC or otherwise it will be fraud.

Today I talked to Lvl-2 officer and he said that they are upgrading the online system and the status check should be back by end of this month(May)...Not sure if he's just covering up..

- Upload IV video on utube

We just want them to provide us "service" by working to answer our personal questions which we should be asking paid lawyers, we just want to logon to the website to get the latest news and think the IV core team is simply idiot to request us to send out Thank You cards and put YouTube videos. There is no scarcity or ranting on the forums about personal situations, patriotism, logic, economic arguments, and our our personal belief system whenever we find someone in conflict with us. However, most people do not want to function as a community and want others to prepare a list of amendments for them so that they do not have to do their homework, so that they could get their green cards sooner.
Guys, please do not post messages for the sake of posting messages. Each post takes away many man hours when thousands of people are reading the post. This is time spent away from important activity. Most members are simply posting new threads over and over again, asking the same question. I am not able to understand why do people not want to search for an answer to their question in the earlier posts. Why do we have to spend time in reading and answering same set of questions over and over again?
And why do we ask others to put a list of all the amendments? If we want answer to this question, why can't one spend time and prepare a list and post that list sharing the information with others? No offense meant, I am simply trying to understand.

2. Your employer not only should not revoke your I140 but should not be using the LC for someone else. If he chooses use it for some one else the originla beneficiary will no longer get its benefits.
3. The condition for three years extension is you are not able to get to I485 because of retrogression so they will give you three years,
It is possible with a different employer only if the new LC and I140 is approved and you are waiting to file I485.
This is what I know, but I am not an attorney so better to talk to your (new) company attorney before making the move.
