Since there is Airtunes, Airport, Airbook would be a possible name...
If not this is refering to AirTV...
Just speculation.

Not as big a hassle as yours but I ordered a TV off pixmania (UK) and it came with a Euro plug. Phoned to complain and they sent me an adapter.
Not a big deal but I was a bit miffed that they didnt advertise it as Eur plug. I'm a bit paranoid about having it plugged to an adapter all the time (not sure why!)
Pixmania is owned by DSGi - yes, the dreaded Currys, PC World cowboys!!
I was once going to buy a camera from there because it was so cheap. Thankfully, the 'If it's too good to be true ..." adage sprang to mind didn't go through with it.

As I suspected. Turn the firmware password protection off while you are installing Windows. If you don't have the password, you probably shouldn't be installing Windows on it.
B
D: C'mon. Its just a sad way of my school to prevent us from getting admin passwords. I already have my own admin password just that now the damned firmware passwords getting in the way.We are allowed to install it btw, password's just an extra protection

You're pretty pissed ... rather beyond pissed? And people tell me to relax!
It is the holiday season, I would expect much less than a **** ton of bundles.

I just can't understand why they can't sell things separately and then give you a discount when you buy the two things together (since that's basically what they're doing with Kinect bundles and game bundles).
So now I'm going to have to wait a week for a stand-alone 4gb, or cough up another $100 for things that I don't even want so that I can have something to do over my winter break. I honestly don't remember all of this bundle crap existing when I bought my 360 ~4 years ago, you had the option of buying the system alone and that was it.
So yeah I am pissed off.

They probably would have just picked up and left after that five year reprieve. That has happened multiple times where I live - the factories come for tenish years, their tax exemption ends, and they leave. Then the massive local unemployment starts again

My take is that because Apple can NOT guarantee that any specific machines will make it onto their refurb section, if you see a deal you like, grab it! They really do sell out. Just last week I saw a slew of refurb 12" iBooks and I just checked now and only saw one listed model of a 12"er.

They need to recode for OpenCL, anywhere from 6 months to several years...
but have you heard anything of them actually doing it? or plans to do it?

Chaos struck London Underground's Northern Line at the start of this morning's rush when a driverless train broke away from the engine towing it and headed off into the tunnels under Camden towards the centre of the city. At 6:44am the engineering train broke its coupling near Archway station and rolled back down the hill towards oncoming passenger trains. Thanks to the Northern Line having multiple routes through the city control room staff quickly diverted passenger trains safely onto the line's Bank branch whilst the runaway was left to come to a rest at Warren Street station on the Charing Cross part of the network.

Hey,
I installed windows 7 sp1 64 bit on my 27" iMac i3 today. Then I updated to boot camp 3.2 and i have the following problems:
-no aero (ati hd isn't recognized, can't go higher than 1920x1440 resolution). I even installed latest drivers from ATI's website
-no sound
-bluetooth pairing was gone, couldn't use mouse and keyboard. I've managed to solve this
Can someone help me to solve these problems (specially the ati driver problem because that resolutions isn't watchable and graphics performance isn't what it should be).
Thx!

I find that a chilly day outside, like between 30 - 50 degrees Farenheit is the perfect temperature range for the G5 to comfortably heat up my small office. A really cold day, like below 20 degrees, is just too cold for it to keep up. Perhaps I need to upgrade to a quad.
After cursing the G5 under my desk all summer long for giving me SLS (Sweaty Leg Syndrome), I now am reaping the full benefits of a G5. Kudos to Apple for thinking of us in these cold winter months by providing this great feature.
Now, if I could just get that cup holder to stay put...
Ditto. My office connects to an uninsulated storage closet and gets quite hot in the summer, and cold in the winter. My G5 feels especially nice when deflected against the wall toward me.

I had a similar problem when I sold mine on eBay just refuse to complete the refund. If you are 100% certain you sent him i5 then he is scamming you. It appears he had a Core 2 Duo and wanted to get an i5 so he bought your i5, is asking for a refund and will send you back his Core 2 Duo and keep the i5.

can anyone recommend an external DVD burner that works well with OS X? Specifically, one that intergrates well with the iLife programs. Thanks

Or why not an MBA? It should be able to handle Aperture fine, not sure about Final Cut - might want to ask on the MBA forum.
I thought about the Air, especially considering I'll be buying an SSD to replace the HDD in the MBP, however the 4GB of RAM and the older Core 2 Duo processors kinda scared me away. Now if the MBA has a refresh before we get back in July I'll definitely look into it...
As was your +1 for the $1199 13" or $1499 13"
